Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box to ensure protection during transit, including all original tags and documentation.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
